The well known Murphy’s Law dictates that if anything can go wrong, it will, and at the worst possible time.
I’ve always thought that to be a rather dark outlook on life, but let’s face it: your aquarium has a number of variables in use to keep things running smoothly. When certain malfunctions happen, they can’t wait to be addressed during normal business hours or at your next service. In these instances, the health of your aquarium’s inhabitants is at risk.
The problem can be as simple as the lights are turning on and off at the wrong time – and your dinner party is tonight! Or, maybe you just ran out of food unexpectedly and have to run to work before you can pick any more up.
Other issues are much more serious – power outages, equipment failure, or the dreaded “I went out of town for a while and either nobody or my nieces who LOVES feeding the fish was watching the tank” can mean that your service company had better have your back covered.
Blue Planet Aquarium Technicians rotate on-call emergency service duties week to week and take home a service vehicle in the event of being needed at a moment’s notice. That’s right, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Sure, our significant others aren’t crazy about that level of service. But it’s just another effort in “the right thing to do” category, giving our clients much valued peace of mind and protecting the investments they’ve made. Should something go wrong, and at the worst possible time, Blue Planet Aquarium Services has you covered.
All and all, in the past 14 years we have been in business, 90% of emergency calls are handled with a phone call, with which we provide the client with the instructions needed to solve the problem. But, there have been plenty of times when we’ve headed far, far from home and into the cold winter night to save the day. If the need arises, we’ll be there for you too.
Thanks as always for reading, and all of us at Blue Planet again want to send you the best wishes for 2014!
