Ah, the fond memories of the childhood aquarium: marbles, neon florescent plants and stones, and of course the old bubble toys like the floating UFO or my old pal, the Phantom Helmsman (which is still the butt of many Blue Planet jokes and yes, we should get out more often).
I’ve already talked about the numerous options in custom made, museum-quality, synthetic corals which can be themed for individual client’s aquariums in past posts. However, the majority of Blue Planet clients partake in a very unique part of aquarium service we developed years ago: The Decoration Exchange.
Whether you have a freshwater or saltwater aquarium, participating in the program means that every time we come out for service, rather than trying to clean your décor on site, we simply remove the dirty décor and replace it immediately with clean pieces from our shop. The dirty décor is brought back and cleaned at the shop and put in the rotation for use again at a later date.
This method saves time and cost during the service, and every time we come out, you find a whole new set of aquarium décor so the aquarium is always changing. It’s just another way Blue Planet keeps you entertained with your aquarium and keep costs down on service.
